Howdy folks,
I can't believe that I'm heading into my FOURTH year here in blog land!!! The time is just racing by so very quickly.
Ever since Isaiah's been born, the blog has been somewhat chaotic. I just don't have a lot of sewing time and I try to keep my blog more sewing related than anything.
Isaiah is going to be 2 in a few months, how'd that happen!! Geesh.
If you're a new reader, I want to say welcome and I hope you stick around. I do intend to keep my blog and start posting more soon.
I have a lot of tutorials in my archives. And my most popular one is making a Lone star/8 point star. ''
This is such a gorgeous pattern. It's one of my all time favorites.
Paint chip challenge
These pictures are all in my archive. Which you can find along the right side of my screen.

Jeweled star
I even did a Lone star quilt along. You can find the pages up at the top of my screen. Or click on the link.
And the companion post to that is set in seams, my second most popular post :)
I want to thank everyone who posts these links on other social mediums. I know it's very popular on Pinterest.
And thank you all for hanging out with me and reading my little space.
Have a great day!

Your Lone Stars are so varied and all so beautiful, my friend. Thanks for rounding them up for us to see and enjoy. I am sure you will be adding a new star to your quilty sky soon. Something to look forward to ... :) Pat
Hi I am new here and thank you for the warm welcome. I am so happy to have found your blog. I am out looking for a few new quilting friends to share and bounce ideas around, with. I found you through a mutual blogger :) I am a retired activity directory of an assisted living home, a wife, mother and grandma who is enjoying the extra time of retirement and filling it with fun sewing and crafting projects. I love quilting, but I am very new to it. Please come visit my blog. I would love to have you follow me back and even get in on my latest Give-A-Way of 2 mug rugs and a dish towel.
Keep smiling . . . hope to hear from you.
Your new blogging sister,
Connie :) #260
