I missed out on Sept goal setting, I just didn't have anything that I knew I would be able to finish. I was doing a lot of practicing my free motion quilting and trying to figure out what I wanted to do for the backing to my son's quilt.
But this month, I'm ready! I have to piece the backing and sand which this top and start quilting it. I doubt I will finish quilting it, but I would like to get at least halfway done. So that's my goal, getting it halfway quilted.
Thanks again Shanna and Melissa!

That sounds like progress to me and your quilt top looks great! I love the three strips you added to divide the shapes.
What an interesting top! Good luck with your goal. You even have a mid-point easily measurable on there.
