I'm finally getting around to posting pictures of my 4-patch quilt. I've called it Pat's gems.
I sent it to my best friend Carol for Christmas. Here Mom's name was Pat. Pat had owned a jewelry store at one time and loved her jewelry.
Pat passed away early last year. Every time I pulled this top out to work on it, Pat and Carol popped into my head. So I knew it had to go to Carol, as sort of a memorial quilt.
Here's part of the back.
Carol says she loves it, and uses it everyday :)
I will be doing a follow along to make this quilt....when I find the time. lol
Have a great day.

It turned out really great.
What a lovely quilt and I am certain Carol treasures it - how could she not? Such a pretty pattern and a truly thoughtful gift.
What a lovely quilt... and what a lovely thing to do for Carol! I'm sure the quilt will be treasured...
I really like the pattern of this quilt. How nice of you to gift it to Carol. Sometime you start a project and just know who would love it.
