Finished the Bear...

Hello All,

Well, I finished the Bear part of my Bear Paw QAL. And I am not happy with it.

I don't think the mixed browns I used are mixed up enough, or maybe the silvery brown shouldn't of been used at all. What do you think?



I think I'm going to spend some time with my seam ripper. lol

Hooking up with Lorna, a day late.

And really, what do you think? Honestly now.

    To be honest it's a bit lost amongst the frames. I would leave off the silver brown as that just doesn't look right. I do love the other browns though. Good luck with the seam ripper xxx

    I think maybe the silvery brown doesn't connect to the other browns through the frame. I love your rainbow of bear paw blocks!

    I like the two medium browns the best. Do you have enough of these fabrics to make the bear?
    I think the dark brown gets lost in the sashing. I like the silver better than the dark. JMHO.
    This is looking wonderful and well worth the extra work to get it just the way you want it, my friend ... :) Pat

    I'm a bit late to the party and you've probably already ripped, but I think he's cute. Is there any of the silvery brown in your other blocks?
